FINALISING YOUR UCAS APPLICATION

1. You will need to submit copies of your GCSE certificates/results slip (and proof of any other qualifications including A-Levels you have achieved outside of St David's) to
UCAS@stdavidscollege.ac.uk

2. Check with your Progression Mentor that they're happy for you to Pay and Send your application and do so if they are.

3. Fill Out and Submit a completed UCAS Submission Form (link below).

When you submit the form electronically it will be sent to your Progression Mentor for final approval, so make sure you have checked with them before you 'Pay and Send' or submit the Submission Form.

3. You will then receive an email saying your Progression Mentor has approved your submission or has rejected your submission.

If they reject the submission, please contact them immediately to sort the reason.
You will need to re-submit a UCAS Submission Form.

4. Wait for your UCAS application to be processed by the Destinations Department.
Please be aware, due to the high number of forms we process this could take some time and we may need to contact you, so watch your college email.
View the next section for more information.
